Processing Time:
• Ready-to-Ship Items (Drops): Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
• Custom Orders: Please allow 1–2 weeks for your item to be handmade with love before it ships.
Shipping Locations:
We currently ship from Atlanta, GA to anywhere in the United States.
Carrier & Tracking:
All orders are shipped via USPS. Once your order ships, you will receive an email (or DM) with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Crochet & More is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once they have been scanned in by USPS. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before purchasing.
